A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Registered to work with clients who live in Ontario
Being a Black-Biracial queer femme, I recognize the sense of comfort and safety that is experienced when you see and hear familiarity within mental health practitioners. I am here to bridge the gaps between Blackness, queerness, and mental health care; striving to provide each of my clients with a therapeutic environment where they can be witnessed in safety.

Quick Facts About Holly
Holly’s Work & Fees
I work with tweens, teens, and adults of all identities. I especially love supporting fellow queer and trans racialized folks as we navigate the complexities of intersectionality. My professional and personal proximity to the child welfare system deeply informs my work, and I have a special place in my heart for teens who want a therapist who doesn’t feel like a therapist.
Individual Therapy: $135/hr
Queers4Queers Therapy: Starting at $75/hr, for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ without access to extended health insurance who need financial support/ accessibly priced therapy. Available spots are limited.
I am passionate about supporting teens and adults who are in the early stages of developing and exploring their queer identities. Specifically, folks who are coming to terms with being a part of the LGBTQ+ for the first time, and those who are in the process of amalgamating a queer and racialized identity.
“Together we can explore all corners of your identity, in addition to working through various social, emotional, and mental health concerns. Therapy is not only about challenging behaviours and mindsets or healing from the past. It has room for self-exploration as you continue to grow into your best self!”

Types of Therapy
I approach sessions with a blend of person-centred tenets with an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and intersectional feminist standpoint. All of which are frameworks that I value dearly. I tend to shy away from a traditional clinical nature and enjoy incorporating experiential and grounding components to my sessions.

More about my approach to Therapy
I believe in therapy that thrives on authenticity, mutual respect, and honesty. To that end, I tend to shy away from a traditional clinical nature and enjoy incorporating experiential and grounding components to my sessions. I encourage clients to enjoy a self-directed approach to therapy as well as remain open to being gently guided through sessions.
My practice begins with intake sessions that permit me a first glimpse into who you are. Through subsequent sessions, we develop a therapeutic alliance, with your well-being our priority. As we continue to flesh out your story, I begin to develop a plan to support you in your personal goals; introducing psychoeducation, somatic mindfulness practices, coping skills, and elements of shadow work.
I particularly enjoy working with individuals seeking to discover their queer identities, improve emotional regulation, heal from racial trauma and discrimination, explore their relationships to sex and intimacy, and are looking for mental and emotional support for life’s daily challenges. She welcomes folks of all walks of life and identities to her virtual office and encourages them to come with an open heart, mind, and soul.
